UV-flexo inks

INX International is having success in the marketplace with INXFlex, a premium line of UV Flexo inks.  Specially formulated to provide minimal plate swell, clean color and high strength with fine Anilox (up to 1800 line screen), this line was developed for tag and label, pressure-sensitive, in-mold and shrink applications.  It provides good adhesion to a wide array of substrates that includes prime label, metalized polyesters, films (PE,PP, OPP, and Mylar), SBS, clay and foil coated paper and boards.  TYVEK and Kimdura ITX-free versions are available.  INXFlex is both V-Pyrol and HDODA-free.

“INXFlex UV flexo inks are optimized for maximum press speeds when runs at normal ink densities.  They are also designed to run with all flexo presses at all speeds, as long as there is sufficient UV lamp energy,” said Jonathan Graunke, Director of Energy Curable Systems for INX International.
