Japanese printer adds 14th foil-stamping system
The Toshima Printing Co. (Tokyo, Japan) placed an order for their third Gietz FSA 1060 Foil Commander. The company is a recognized leader in the Asian foil stamping and embossing industry. This order brings to 14 the number of Gietz presses in operation at Toshima.
"We have been running multiple shifts over the past three years," says Kunio Tamamura, president and owner. "This third Foil Commander will increase our speed and our production output on all kinds of high quality products."
The new Gietz FSA 1060 Foil Commander adds more machine capability and maintains Toshima's quality performance. Moreover, it features latest hologram control technology, linked with the patented foil transportation “Vacufoil” system. This equipment was developed by Gietz AG especially for high precision registered hologram applications. The machine will be installed in Tokyo in August.
Gietz is represented in North America by Matik, Inc. For more information on the complete line of Gietz presses, call 860/232-2323 or visit www.matik.com
