Using the high-speed data-acquisition process outlined in ANSI X3.182 Print Quality Guideline, the Compliance-ProT HSV inspects every bar code and displays quality trends in real-time. If bar-code quality falls below user-defined levels, the system generates the outputs needed to trigger a warning light, or stop the printing press or production line.
