Robotic core loading/unloading

The Quadro 800 thermal-transfer ribbon system fully automates the slitting/ rewinding process with its shaftless unwind stand, adhesive tape applicator, shaftless rewind and core hopper. A new robotic feature loads cores and takes off the finished rolls, placing them onto a binding system prior the final packaging line. Serviceable via modem, the Quadro 800's rigid construction makes floor mounting unnecessary, allowing flexibility in repositioning the system in plants.
