The new family of SMART laser-engraving technology is comprised of Ale Smart Lasers, Ale Smart Plate, Ale Smart Machines, and Ale Smart Workflow. The Smart Lasers are said to have a very high quality beam, pulse exceedingly fast, require minimal maintenance, have a low cost of ownership and are reliable. The Smart Plates are surface-modified and rheologically treated. Because of surface modification, it allows highlight dots to be below the surface of a plate, roller or sleeve. The Smart Machines use sampling measurement and reactive technologies to provide accurate engraving. The Smart Workflow also uses sampling measurement and reactive technologies.
