The Rollguardr line of double-sided roll cradles include recycled fiber DS and Thermoformed DS. These cradles are said to eliminate the need to use back-to-back cradles for roll stacking and reduce packaging material usage by up to 37% over conventional hinged molded pulp cradles. The recycled fiber DS roll cradles are made of 100% recycled corrugated fiber pulp and are 100% recyclable. The thermoformed DS roll cradles are made from recycled post-industrial high-impact polystyrene plastic. Rollguard's full roll cradles support cylindrical products horizontally along their entire lengths to protect them from shipping, handling and warehouse damage. These full roll cradles enable multiple short-web rolls to be shipped in a single cradle for packaging material usage.
