This maximum speed UV dryer features the latest technology in computer-controlled, air cooled UV lamp systems, and is contained within the co.'s unique light shielding housing custom designed for the needs of the packaging industry. The Smart System operator station monitors UV drying conditions in real-time sequence. System comes complete with an energy optimizer/air filtration system that ensures clean, filtered air to the curing chamber and is said to prolong life and intensity of the UV lamp system. The UV wide web processor can be retrofitted to existing web presses or installed on new presses.
