The MDS digital ink delivery system provides precise remote ink delivery to multiple offset print stations. It offers a unique segmented blade design, digital control, a comprehensive ink-management software program and an ergonomic operator station that allows computerized control of up to 40 print stations. Other features include a microprocessor control coupled with an accurate gear drive mechanism, precise metering of the ink to a layer as fine as .25 microns and a series of 0.4 in. thick by 1 1/4 in. duct blades across the entire blanket.
