The PlasmaTreatT System provides optimal surface treatment and functionalization of films, foams, papers, conductive webs, nonwovens, wovens, metals and powders. It can be operated in the modes of plasma with controlled gas chemistry, Chemical Coronar and conventional corona. It allows all treated materials to maintain increased surface energies for extended aging periods following treatment, all without backside treatment. Wettability, printability and the adhesion properties of materials are enhanced for production yields and margins.
