This new Holweg line of high-speed bagmaking machines is capable of producing up to 800 bags/min. depending on the size of the bag. Changeover time is within 15-20 min. Four new models will cover the complete range of bag sizes for flat or gussetted, glued or heat-sealed flat bottom bags. One model can produce OP/BOPP plastic bags. This system provides for the ejection of bundles of counted bags and their transfer onto a reception table, where it is pressed and made ready for final packaging at machine speeds up to 800 bags/min.
