Folding-carton maker Neff Packaging Solutions, Inc. (www.neffpackaging.com), began operations last month in its new 122,000-sq-ft facility in Simpsonville, KY (at right).
The site, which will employ 110 workers, produces point-of-purchase displays, on-pack and multi-pack items, custom and premium packaging for the pharmaceutical/medical, electronic, HBA, food, liquor and tobacco industries. Neff's equipment list includes Heidelberg sheetfed-offset printing presses, Bobst diecutters with full blanking capabilities and Bobst Alpina folder/gluers.
“With our state-of-the-art facility, we compete very well with other domestic and foreign packaging firms,” says Robert Neff, president and owner. “This new facility will ensure efficiencies that will be mutually beneficial.”
