Madison-based components maker AccuWeb, Inc. (www.accuweb.com) has been named as a 2006 Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year in the Small Company Category. Webex, Inc. (www.webexinc.com), acquires the Isoten vacuum-roll product line from Coating and Converting Resources, Inc. (CCR). Tim Oliver, product applications manager for Isoten at CCR, joins Webex as the full-time Isoten customer-service manager.

Substrate provider Charter Films, Inc. (www.charterfilms.com) completes a major plant expansion, adding two new coex blown-film lines. They are expected to be operational by this summer.
