Sakata Inx Corp. forms a new venture, Triangle Digital INX Co. (TDI), with California-based Triangle Digital LLC. The business will offer digital inks and application services to customers worldwide in conjunction with INX International Ink Co. (Schaumburg, IL). INX International and newly formed TDI are both subsidiaries of Sakata Inx.

Union Grove, WI-based American Roller Co. will expand the capabilities of its Rock Hill, SC, and Arlington, TN, plants. Rock Hill is upgrading equipment to provide for tighter tolerance capability, while Arlington will add a second shift to the Plasma Coatings Div. The expansions are expected to be complete later this spring, the company says.
