Enviroxi Cleanroller is a fully automatic cleaning system for chromed or ceramic anilox rolls and gravure cylinders. It projects a base of sodium bicarbonate at pressure with water. Co. introduces its new Dual Head System. By using two guns strategically placed over the anilox roll, the system cuts the normal cleaning cycle in half, co. says. It works simultaneously with the co.'s plastic media for consistent, deep cleaning. Also added to the system is a high pressure blow down, which starts after the cleaning cycle finishes. It travels the full length of the cabinet and completely blows off the rails and fixtures. This process cleans the cabinet and readies the anilox roll for wipe down and removal.

After two years of research, co. introduces the HA (heat-activated) Cleaner. At temperatures at or around 140 F, elements of the cleaning chemistry are activated. Once activated, these elements penetrate into the hardened masses of ink pigments and soften the resin structure. This process is combined with the scrubbing action of the ultrasonic cavitation.
