Converter SFA moves into new plant

Hebron, Ky.-based flex-pack maker Specialty Films & Associates, Inc., moves into its new 85,000-sq-ft facility. Housing SFA's packaging development group and converting operations, the plant is expandable to 125,000 sq ft in the future. "We've experienced extraordinary growth," says SFA president Jane Dirr. "Our success centers on our ability to offer unique packaging solutions and very fast concept-to-market service." SFA converts flex packs such as standup, contoured, resealable and spouted pouches for a wide range of markets.
