The Smart Camera SVS-2000XF is a web/surface inspection system. With 15,000 line per second scan rate, the video acquisition and processing is performed at 40MHz throughput. The detection of micron-sized defects is found at high line speeds. A defect is captured or snapshot for archiving and can later be reviewed. Open architecture for communication to a host computer, PLC or network is also featured.
