The Sanden VARICOM 1500 operates at 1500 fpm and requires minimal downtime. Prime high-speed UV lamps with electronic adjust mounting systems were designed for installation after each print. Electronic controls change height and angle of the lamps to match changing web paths at a touch of a button. The Prime UV mounting system slides the UV lamp completely out of the interstation press area for blanket and plate changes.
