R/bak mounting material is an advanced microcellular urethane with an open-cell construction. The material offers energy absorption and resilience, acting as a pressure reducer and shock absorber for flexo plates. The use of R/bak material allows a printer to improve registration, reduce dot gain, decrease plate deformation, improve ink transfer and use finer screens for finer line work.
