The Topslit slitter/rewinder can be used for processing paper, cardboard and flexible packaging materials. Rolls with a large diameter, whether narrow or wide, are suitable for the Topslit. Rolls are lifted from pallet or floor by shaftless lifting arms and clamped by means of a pneumatic chuck. Unwind features air-cooled disc brakes and optional brake generators are available for installation. Perfect splices can be produced with the aid of a cutting and splicing table. Alternative slitting systems are offered upon request per job requirements.
