Laser engraving system

-- Converting Magazine, 11/1/2000

For a variety of materials

The HD3D produces high-resolution topographic engravings into materials such as ceramic, metals, and natural and synthetic polymers. Continuous-tone graphic data is used to create a 3D surface on a roller for applications including embossing, metering and cold-seal rollers. A step and repeat facility allows a small continuous-tone representation of the required design to be seamlessly stepped and repeated to fit any roller size.
