For converting metal tubes

Model RST (roll shell) tension transducers convert a metal tube (roll shell) into a shaftless, tension-sensing idler roll. The roll assembly is then installed in the web path of a continuous process machine or web press as part of a web-tension measurement or control system. The transducer's expanding-collet connection collar allows the transducer to insert smoothly and lock tightly into each end of a machined aluminum or steel tube.
