This co. provides roller services including industrial hard chromium plating, sulfamate nickel plating, ultra precision cylindrical roll grinding to .000025 in. TIR, and mirror finishing to 1/4 Ra optical. These services are provided for reverse roll coater rolls, slot die coater rolls, precision calendering rolls, and optical product calendering rolls. Precision rolls can be finished in bearings and returned ready to install at optimum TIR. For corrosive applications the process adds a .004 in. thick layer of sulfamate nickel under the chromium, which provides corrosion protection.
