Technology improves bag machine

The Model 4180 is designed to produce a wide variety of bags, stacked or on a roll, either in-line with a blown film system or off-line as a standalone bag producer. It features an advanced microprocessor-based control system and an AC flux vector main drive said to increase productivity and product quality and give the processor a greater level of overall production flexibility. Available in sizes from 30 to 100 in. wide, the 4180 has a maximum speed of 350 fpm and will handle single or multiple film webs up to 12 mils thick or 6 mils gusseted. Minimum bag repeat length is 10 in. with an infinite maximum length.
