RadTech Intl. North America, the Chevy Chase, MD, association for UV and EB technology, names David Harbourne, president of Fusion UV Systems, as its new president. Harbourne assumes the office for a two-year term.

New board members include Tom Campbell of Campbell and Co., Michael J. Dvorchak of Bayer MaterialScience LLC and Paul Mills of UVPowerhouse. Ronald Golden, UCB Surface Specialties, has been elected as the RadTech incoming president. He will take office in 2007.
