Twenty recent orders for booth space at next year's ICE 2005 trade fair means the event now has more sq ft of exhibit space reserved than at ICE 2003, says organizer Nimble Shows & Media GmbH. Dates for ICE 2005: Nov. 22–24, 2005, at the M,O,C, Ctr. in Munich, Germany.

"The demand for stand space, both from 'old' Amsterdam exhibitors and new clients, is higher than ever before, and we expect this to continue," says ICE sales mgr. Franz Hermann. Among the latest industry vendors to sign on for the dedicated paper, film and foil converting show are Sherman Treaters, Softal 3DT and Uteco, which will display a coater/laminator.

The two halls originally allocated for ICE 2005 have been sold out, and a third hall has been taken, opening up several prime positions that have now been snapped up by ICE exhibitors, Hermann says. Currently, only about 16,000 sq ft of display space are still available, and it's unlikely that a fourth hall can be opened, he says.
