Gap Insaat recently commissioned a new Apollo CTS sheeter from Bobst Group for its greenfield site mill in Turkmenistan. The equipment, formerly marketed under the Valmet Converting brand name as the Valmet TSK, will produce press-ready, precision-cut sheets and supply either bulk pallet forms or ream wraps to customers. The ability of the Apollo CTS sheeter to run a wide range of substrates and change size quickly were major factors in the purchasing decision, Gap Insaat says.
