The T-Series is a budget-priced printer/coater that can be added to an existing line or be purchased as a stand-alone. It can be designed as either a flexographic or gravure printer/coater. Water-based inks

Mirasheen™ inks are said to offer a mirror-like brilliance, and the design/print flexibility usually denied by alternative metallic effects. Front-back printing system

This kit is said to allow printing on both sides of a base material—both on the front and on the back—in a number of colors available on the rotary press. Online meter mix system

MahrMax online meter mix systems provide an automated interface between the buckets, barrels or totes and the laminating application itself. Pre-calculated recipes can be programmed into the PLC to automatically produce the finished product. A recirculation loop enables the PLC to verify flow rates, so there is little to no product waste. MahrMax can be run in manual or automatic mode, and sensors at every stage of the mixing and laminating application are said to ensure accuracy. Doctor blade

The MDC Duralife doctor blade is specifically used for flexo printing. The proprietary coating on this blade is said to be successful for use running highly abrasive inks, such as white inks and any colors with a TiO2 (titanium dioxide) base.
