Editor: Laura Butalla -- Converting Magazine, 5/1/2004

Loop-handle bag machine

POLYREX® is a bagmaking machine capable of producing loop handle shopping bags, reinforced punched handle bags and diaper packaging with strap handles. The most important features of the bags are the comfortable loop handles and the large bottom gussets that can form stand-up bags when made from stiff films such as HDPE and co-ex structures. Significant features of the machine are the high output, the automatic package folder that allows one operator to handle two lines, and the low maintenance servodrive system. The reinforced punched handle bag line runs up to 220 bags/min. and the loop handle unit has recently been increased to 180 bags/min.
