Chicago-based converter Packaging Dynamics Corp. signs an agreement in November to acquire the Iuka Lamination Division of Ormet Corp. The all-cash transaction includes the converting operation in Iuka, MS, a plant that produces laminated-foil products for the insulation, food-packaging and labelstock markets. The purchase price was approximately $5 million.
