Folding machine
For tissue
The new mechanical folding machine NIAGARA is capable of folding 9,000 napkins a minute - neutral, unprinted, in format 300 mm - independently of the quality of the used tissue. This is obtained through a new electronic servomotor system that completely eliminates all mechanical drives, allowing connection to one or more packaging machines. It is said to be flexible in counting the number of napkins in a packet. The configuration of this machine is based on an 8-way system and the high production levels are obtained by a raised mechanical speed of up to 700 meters/min.

Chemical resistant coating
To polyurethane rollers
WZ-0578 is a new water-based coating developed to be applied to rubber rollers so the pressure sensitive adhesive backed mounting substrates and printing plates adhere more securely. Currently, when the printing rollers have to be solvent cleaned or wiped, most protective coatings would be attacked and in most cases would be removed by the cleaning solvent used, but not with the WZ-0578, reports manufacturer. The new protective coating has been designed to withstand attack by solvents currently used in the printing industry as well as the abrasive effects of rubbing.
