CI-flexo pressmakers Comexi Group S.A. (Girona, Spain) and Kidder Inc. (Agawam, MA) say they have dissolved their business relationship.

"Comexi, oriented by the guideline to reinforce our presence in the US and Canada, has decided to create an independent structure for this important business area to give sales support, after-sales and technical service to our present and future customers," the company said in a prepared statement.

Comexi had initially invested in Kidder in November 2001. Kidder had been the headquarters for all sales, service and spare parts for Comexi and Kidder products in the US and Canada.
