DiTrolio flexo school gets HarperScientific hand proofer

Staff -- Converting Magazine, 11/1/2002

Broadview, IL-based DiTrolio Flexographic Institute recently received a new Echocel Junior precision hand proofer, donated by HarperScientific.com (a division of Harper Corp. of America), Charlotte, NC. DiTrolio will use the specialized proofing tool to instruct students in the importance of prepress color matching. The Echocel Junior includes three ET-2000 laser-engraved anilox rolls so the students will be able to see and learn the difference in color laydown and densities inherent to the anilox engraving. Vince DiTrolio, right, demonstrates the hand proofer for students.
