MeadWestvaco Corp., Stamford, CT, says it will close its Consumer & Office Products Group envelope plant in Worcester, MA by late September. Production will be transferred to other MeadWestvaco facilities.
Richmond, VA-based Alcoa Flexible Packaging says July 30 that it will close its package-printing plant in Boyertown, PA, by October.
