Peter Cloeren Sr., founder and chairman emeritus of extrusion-die system supplier Cloeren Inc., died March 7. He was 85. Born April 13, 1916, in Kaarst, Germany, Cloeren immigrated to the United States in 1957. He settled in Orange, Texas, in 1972 where he founded Cloeren Inc. The succession of the family business was given to Peter Cloeren Jr. in 1990.

Bob Reinert, managing director of Comco Intl., a subsidiary of St. Louis-based pressmaker Mark Andy, Inc., died Feb. 22 after a short battle with cancer. He was 60. One of the narrow-web industry's best liked and most respected members, Bob spent most of his 40-year working life in the packaging and converting industries.
