In a move that solidifies the future of converting-machinery maker Dusenbery Worldwide, John Dusenbery enters into an agreement April 1 to provide a significant equity interest in the company to the three senior officers: president Orest Lebed, executive vice president Alfred Guber, and vice president of manufacturing Anthony Cirillo.

Together, the three partners have more than 50 years experience in the slitting and rewinding machinery-design and installation industry.
