Get a diecutting education at June 6-7 symposium
Staff -- Converting Magazine, 4/1/2002
"Productivity & Profitability," the theme of the 2002 Diecutting Symposium set for June 6-7, reflects the need of converters to seek out information resources to keep and build their competitive advantage and manufacturing excellence.
To be held at the Northern Kentucky Convention Ctr. near Cincinnati, the event will provide a comprehensive educational program and exhibition for converting professionals involved in flatbed, multi-contour or rotary diecutting, diemaking, embossing or foil-stamping of soft to semi-hard materials. The event is organized by Larson Worldwide, Inc., Norsell, Mass.
Among the program's offerings: 15 seminar topics, interactive hands-on and forum/panel sessions, four Consultant's Hour sessions; dynamic networking opportunities and an international stable of industry exhibitors. Converting will exhibit in Booth 538, distributing copies for our May 2002 issue featuring a special Tech Update on Diecutting & Diemaking. A Bluegrass-Country Networking Gala Dinner punctuates the symposium on June 6.
Two classes of registration are offered. VIP Delegates receive admission to the Industry Resource Hall, luncheons, gala dinner, Program Resource Information Book, and one-year subscription to DDIN International. Fees are $30 before May 5; $50 after. Individual seminar sessions are $80 each.
