The third edition of the Intl. Converting Exhibition will now be held Nov. 27-29, 2002, at the MOC Exhibition Ctr. in Munich, Germany.

The event's Steering Committee also unanimously endorsed the plan to focus the trade fair exclusively on coating, drying and finishing processes, machinery, equipment and materials. Sectors to be covered include adhesive tapes, labels, paper products, plastic films, foils, security products, photographic films, medical and pharmaceutical products, automotive and industrial products—and flexible packaging.

Organized by Angel Business Communications, London, ICE 2002 is said to feature a prime location with better access to Central and Southern Europe; ideal timing that avoids the busy 2003 exhibition year (CMM Intl.); and a less-expensive venue than the Amsterdam fair in 2001. To encourage suppliers to exhibit in Munich, ABC is offering loyalty discounts to second- and third-time exhibitors.
