Diemaker Medlock new IADD president

Clint Medlock, president of Stafford Cutting Dies., Inc., Indian Trail, N.C., has been elected to a two-year term as president of the Intl. Assn. of Diecutting and Diemaking. Medlock, an active member of the IADD for 11 years, will serve from 2001-2003 as the 16th president of the 29-year-old industry group.
As president, Medlock oversees strategic planning and membership activities and encourages new projects and services to benefit the IADD's 1,000+ members. Members include diemakers, diecutters, suppliers, and others involved in all aspects of the diecutting converting process. Under his direction, Medlock intends to focus on unique, hands-on educational opportunities, including "The Diecutting Odyssey," the Association's combination trade show and technical training extravaganza.
