The Opal automatic turret rewinder is equipped with a full edge guiding system and is supplied with flange-mounted pneumatic shafts to accommodate 1, 2 and 3 in. cores. This machine is fitted with coreless and automatic cinch attachment to core at speed. The turret rewinder is provided with an accumulator and the ability to automatically transfer the web from one turret to the other. Automatic cross cut, after pre-determined length control, is an additional feature.
