Curing system provides higher lamp output

The new UV curing system provides high lamp output while generating less heat to the substrate. The patented QuadCure system is designed for high-speed printing and applications that benefit from high UV output and reduced heat. Reflectors include a dichroic coating, which reflects UV light, but not heat-generating infrared waves. The system uses air-cooling for the lamp and water-cooling for the housing.
