Kroenert Group reorganizes North American operations

CoSo (Coating Solutions) LLC assumes sales role in US, Canada.

Hamburg, Germany-based Kroenert Group has announced that as of Dec. 31,2009, all activities of Kroenert Corp. in North America have been terminated after 20 years of business.

 "The financial and longer-term economic situation has challenged the world especially since September 2008," the company says.

A new North American structure has been created. Bob Dages, who for the past 12 years had been vp of Kroenert Corp., will continue to communicate and coordinate sales activities for North America through his new company: CoSo LLC (Coating Solutions).

"We would like to thank you for the trust and confidence, which we have established over the last 20 years. We will continue to provide excellent service as has been experienced by our loyal customers over the years," Kroenert Group says.
