Converting-machinery makers dissolve alliance

ACOM, Comexi Group terminate strategic alliance, commercial links.

After a few years of close collaboration between COMEXI GROUP and ACOM, and due to the fact that they are planning different strategy approaches for the future, the converting-machinery manufacturers have mutually agreed to terminate their strategic alliance. As a result of this alliance termination, they have proceeded to dissociate their commercial links.

Both companies are taking the necessary steps in order that this situation doesn't affect the commitments, service and support to existing customers.
