TAPPI looks to fill two Corrugated Packaging Council positions

TAPPI’s Corrugated Packaging Division is seeking nominations to fill two elected positions on the Corrugated Packaging Council (CPC). Nominations are being accepted for a Vice Chair of the Corrugated Packaging Division, two industry suppliers-at-large and one converting member-at-large for the Corrugated Packaging Council.
The governing body of the division, the CPC includes members from Temple Inland, International Paper, Georgia Pacific, Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation, Packaging Corporation of America, Weyerhaeuser Company, The Royal Group and Buckeye Box. Both the industry supplier-at-large and converting member-at-large positions are two-year terms. The Vice Chair position is also a two-year term, followed by a two-year term as Chairman of the Division.

This Call for Nominations will be sent to all members of TAPPI’s Corrugated Packaging Division by May 1, 2009 and the election results will be announced at the 2009 CorrExpo® event, September 1-2, 2009 in Chicago, IL.
